I just made some changes to use CheerpJ to run the drawing applets (and animation playback) without needing to install or enable Java. It’s not perfect, but try it out and let me know what you think! One word of warning: on iPhone/iPad make sure you save often because if you accidentally leave the page you’ll lose your work.

Every time I tried to submit my Oekaki drawing I kept getting this error message: "access denied ("java.net.SocketPermission" "209.20.85.248:80" "connect,resolve") SendE". Has anyone else had this problem or is it just my computer/connection/setting? Thank you.

java 8 will not take 2draw.net its a security block, tell marcello he's an ass; he's screwed the whole site, whejn other oekaki sites work. ABANDON SHIP. SEE YOU GUYS ON OTHER WEBSITES!!! RYDIA; CHICKENSMOOTHIE. LATER, GATOR!! (UPDATE: I finally got my java 8 problem fixed; the computer repair guy, older one, replaced it with java 7, take all java 8 off. IT WORKS. JAVA 8 DOES NOT WORK, all over the web, on everything; everyone went back to java 7.)

Just messing around with different oekaki tools to find something which works for me. (Also experimenting with a mostly pink/purple palette.)

I've been reading Game of Thrones and have resisted seeing the characters on the show. I've drawn what I think Hodor may look like.

Ah, very good! Don't resist forever because the casting for the series is pretty wonderful, especially for Danerys, Geoffrey, Tyrion, Arya, all the Lanisters are good as are all the Starks. Sansa is really starting to own her character. Arya and Tyrion are my favourite characters. Did you see the beautiful drawing Staci did of Danerys? http://2draw.net/view/123801/ Oops! Maybe you don't want to. I read all the books over about 2 months and felt lost when I finished the last one. I really got caught up in the story. |
