Contest Week 97: Self Portrait I am not looking for a picture of you, so thats misleading. I mean, if your a dull fellow give me that, but we are artists, we are supposed to be mildly intresting, so what we will be looking for is a drawing that is a portrait of yourself...your essence. If that makes sense... So, include your passions, or your environment where you live, your favorite food, if your scary do scary, if your blue paint blue. I dont care, just make it YOU. go get em you eg...

They are too complex. Most things I am doing by guessing, but often hit on button that does not work. The mouse also sucks in drawing, I can't even write clearly using it. Can't find decent website that explains them either clearly. I am not good with technical computer stuff, and there being too much complexity, it is too difficult to use. I am having snotty anime copy-cat artists make nasty comments on my drawings.

I SAved a picture on shi-painter PRO,and then it refused to ,the aplet,refused to revise it when I Went back to work on it.So,what's up?And now that I have the new,latest Java,the Chibi-Paint no longer works for me.The computer repair guy says,the site has the old Java,and is not updating the aplet to use the latest,new Java;so,since I am required to use the new one,to use the web cause everyone is using the new one there,your old Java on chibi paint does not work for me.Is anyone else having th...

(I'm the only native I know,who's not dirt poor.)well,we are very "politcally correct,"and gay,and everything else.Yuck.MORE TAXES,and less business here!Oregon is a Liberal,Democractic,"Green""progressive",that is going bankrupt. it's like DETROIT WITH RAIN. I have relatives in WA state,but it's very expensive there,and the taxes are even higher.I guess I could not afford it.I still love my place,and Oregon, nature,it's just the people who are rotten.(yes, every place is bad off now, not just this.)

Ahhh, am I one happy camper that I live in the Netherlands, where gays can get married, you don't get nailed to the wall for the occasional pot smoking (not that I do that), where women are boss of their own bellies, and I am free to believe whatever I want.

When I was about 16 me and my friend baz got caught by the police smoking a huge reefer, you dont get in trouble for smoking it but they normally confiscate it all the same. Anyway later that day me and my friend spotted their police car parked up at lovers lane and they were smoking our weed. |

If there are any ShiPainter/PaintBBS users still around (as in, if these two tools still work correctly for you), could you tell me which browser/Java VM do you use? I'm especially interested if there is a fix of any kind to make them work with the latest Firefox/Sun Java combination (which atm is: 3.6.3 / 6 update 20, respectively).
