I think you have a good start. ツI find that to be one of my biggest problems when drawing. If I feel I spent too much time and it's not to my eye good enough I sometimes post prematurely. I should listen to my inner self and look at it with fresh eyes the next day. Sometimes another pair of eyes point out obvious details I miss. (Family member) I do appreciate the process of learning and I'm still cringing at the portrait I drew the other day. YIKES

It really is hard drawing when there’s less details..I’ve been trying for years to capture the smirr and mist here in Scotland on those grey days but it’s difficult ..wonderful drawing! The eyes are brilliant!

Ok girl, I found several of your pieces on myoats and all I can say is OH WOW!! And, OH MY GOODNESS!! You TOTALLY belong in advanced! I'm guessing you have to pay to be able to draw things like you have on the site? I've not heard of it before but it was fun making a basic pic!

Elly And David thank you.Myoats is free, but a pro membership allows you to save all your drawings to their site. Basically, you just pay for storage. Not worth it in my opinion. You use to be able to save 12 draws a year. Now you can only save 8 and he changed program and you can't draw for any accuracy, too glitchy. AWFUL So, I found this place and a few others, I like this one the best. I'll try to earn that Elite Bastard David like the others, lol Happy New Year! ツ |

Back view of my house..a 1930s Scottish Manor …the big flower beds are empty and a bit miserable looking at the minute since I cleared them out last week but daffodils and snowdrops are starting to appear

Thank you very much 😊and yes Dave ..snowdrops start flowering here in January .. normally find the odd first few at new year ..daffodils have been pushing up their leaves since beginning of November but first of those likely won’t bloom for another month yet

it looks like a professional architecture illustration. (I guess everyone knows,Hitler was offered a scholarship when he was young,to learn to illustrate buildings and architecture?He turned it down.He wanted to be a "prince of artists",big snob.---maybe if he had taken that scholarship he'd just have illustrated architecture instead of making the third Reich, ECT."Socialists." Can anyone imagine an artist did THAT??)bUT THIS IS A GREAT PICTURE. |
