Really like this one. The skin tones are wonderful. He does look really familiar to me too! Thanks for stopping by and checking out my gallery. I am just trying out lotsa things til I figure out what is fun for me and looks the best. You do great work laurael! :)

And I ask you once again, why do they not matter?You're fortunate. On another note...this seems somewhat ...I don't know like you didn't give it your all. I do like how in the thumb nail this piece looks very much like splatters of white paint...I almost would like to see you go more abstract, sharp, but abstract. I agree with the others in your great ability to achieve alot with very little. Rock the casbah marcus...rock the casbah.

I would love to see you try the silver surfer in this style. It's wonderful with only a few loose strokes. I must learn to be looser. |

Dave, I don't really know the story behind the dolls. I tried looking them up online but all the ones they show are different than this type. A friend who grew up in Japan gave this one to me a few years ago and only told me the type. I'll keep trying to find out. :-)
