I started getting lazy half-way through the coloring (coughhaircough)Just a random doodle... One of my new years resolutions is to draw every day... I also haven't drawn on the computer, let alone an oekaki, for at least 2-3 years now. omg...

It's Neji from the manga serie "Naruto". I Know, the image is not very skilled... But I only draw with mouse, and, yeah... It's hard. ^__^'

just some basics. Most of you will know these things already, but if you're a 13 year old noob you might learn something.. i hope :PAlter.Native - hehe, thanks :D
..i really should practice drawing line art more :/ Tablet stopped working.. oh well :/
I used the blur tool (with scattering) and the Airbrush tool on the bearded dude (a layer on top in multiply mode)... dont know how this will turn out.. the technique im trying to do is so much easier to do in photoshop..
