What he is yelling is "Kita----" which translates to something like "it's finally here!".

Had to go through a few obstacles to get it done, but here it is!
Decided I should start drawing again, so I registered a new name, too. The old one (Neko) _was_ a bit lame, now that I think about it.

Hopefully at least one person somewhere understands the small joke I put here...
