Alright Cello, why am I suddenly getting a different looking 2draw page? It's brown/tan with a wierd configuration and well...... what's going on?

A very cool optical illusion sort of thing ... and love those colors!

I had that trouble the first couple of times I drew here. I think it has to do with the toggles that I don't understand yet. Like on the far bottom left and the far bottom right. I have learned just to stay away from them. One has Normal by it and another one has blend or something. If you are on the wrong layer it seems like you cannot drarw either but you are just drawing on the wrong layer. Read the wiki and it might help.

Thanks Laura - I have been struggling through the Wiki but I need to go through it line by line with a drawing open so I can practice as I go along - if you see what I mean . . . |

Ok, first welcome. Second it's reccomended you start in begginers to get a feel for the appelets before you move up to intermediate. And try to spend more time on your pieces. If your just practicing or doodling there's no need to send. If your unsure read the FAQ and rules.

Wow"!!!! When I saw this draw, I knew right away that this was Antonio Banderas! He is one of my most fave actors....I've been a fan of his forever! the hair was very difficult and im still not very used to the tools yet but i tried my best, i think it looks kinda messy. but i hope u guys like it!! ^^

came across a few of these in my days, they are quite passive, enough that you can let one wander across your palm. this makes me want to draw my old colalt blue tarantula. crazy mofo who busted out of his cage, and met his untimely doom in the jowels of my even more crazy mofo of a cat. i found him in the morning, belly up, missing a couple legs...
