damn. I've been trying to remember how I did that background texture! I think it had to do with using the space and scatter control sliders and a hard, square brush with the smudge tool. Maybe. *rolls eyes* The feathers were pretty easy and fast. It's the skin that takes me for friggin' EVER.

hi, it's Lori... forgot my password like an idiot, and I dont use my old email anymore so I was thinkin' I wouldn't bother Cello to send one to my new email... I'm doin' real shitty Suntan, to be perfectly honest with you.. I've had 2 heart attacks and I have to get open heart surgery because my heart is bleeding literally

My God, Lori....I remember you were having problems with your heart or along those lines. I'm so sorry to hear this and I'm sending my best and my prayers go with it for these troubles to get behind you. If I remember correctly you are around the Boston area where they have the best of help. Hope this is over soon and you'll be better and back to drawing here. Speedy recovery and huge hugs!! This is really cool....I luv it!! Actually, I like all the abstracts that you all are doing here.....it seems to be very addictive.....more people are getting 'into' doing these! I might just give it a try....I might....I'm still not sure though...I'm just thinking about trying it....'lol' I finally figured out what looking at all of these abstracts reminds me of....it took me awhile to figure this out.....looking at these abstracts reminds me of looking into a 'kaleidoscope'....I used to look into a 'kaleidoscope' when I was a kid......I wonder if they still make them....'lol'

Obviously I don't work in Lascaux enough to do much of anything. Guess that's why I always turn back to chibipaint. Only time I could get color to work in this one was when I did the border....and I can't add text to the title or description lines the first time I submit. I have to go back to edit..lol..oh well, fun anyway :)
