Was reading the first few chapters of xxxHOLiC at the same time... Probably a lil influenced by that. :3
Started off with random dabs of green which led to volumous skirts, which led to this. haha

This is really awesome.....it sorta makes me think of a vampire.....maybe it's the smell of blood......:)

Oh wow. I love the style so much, with the clean lineart, and the gorgeous colouring.. Blood red eyes, lashes black as ebony, hair the colour of snow, wreathed by red red roses.. Looks a bit like another take of Snow White. ^^ Beautiful!

Well.. I actually had something else in mind but i accidentally 'vanished' it.. :(
So I ended up doodling this instead. Looks like a vampire enough? And I know it kind of looks like Kanda... :x
Was chatting at the same time so yeah, time a little extended..

Love it! Reminds me of Castlevania: SoTN almost! The lighting on his hair and clouds does it for me personally.

Well, I guess because they judge you on your own creativity and originality....and maybe they think using a "ref" pic wouldn't be showing your own creativity....I dunno.....I think if you use a ref pic to get a basic idea of what to draw......but use your own creativity with it.....does that make sense???

I was going to draw an old Man Smiling holding his dentures in right hand, near his face. (but that was a ref) But it was a tough one anyway.
