No refs, working from my memory. After all the eggs I have devoured I should know how they look...

I have thought about that DMV. And have to say, also quite surprised that you aren't the one with the clownsface suggestion.

It's not that I didn't think about it...but I know you don't like clowns .....
enjoydotcom (Apr 18, 2009)
Hugs for you ((( dmv ))), that you considered my views on clowns. It is not that I don't like them, or like some weird people, fear them. Just don't see the fascination.

A Painting originally by Gil Elvgren, a pin up artist from the previous century. Loooong way to go before consider it done.

She's very pinup and lovely. I like the atmosphere, too. :)

Thanks, Axil, dude because of the arm or is there something manly I miss?
Axil62 (Nov 11, 2008)
enjoy: There isn't anything manly about this, I was just being funny. Actually it's very good. :)

Pretty happy with the outcome, no true reference, just a few glances of bits and bobs.

Cleaning up the mistakes I made with my previous touch-ups.

this turned out really really good! I just love that lil teddy bear too :)
enjoydotcom (Sep 4, 2008)
Thanks, teddy is loved there too :D. I thought the baby was going to be undo-able without a reference, but it worked liberating to be honest.

Took the only painting as inspiration of Rembrandt that isn't Baroque/Rococo... :/. Hidden in the painting (on a hidden layer :D ) is also a female figure, a little more baroque. Landscapes are hard yet fun to do.

Still don't know if I'm done or not, that arm bugs me... It is too fricking long! She can scratch her knee without bending over...

omg that looks so good the water is just so watery!!! :)
enjoydotcom (Jul 8, 2008)
Thanks, doing the water was a lot of fun. More than I expected to actually. In fact doing the whole scenerey was more fun. Felt a bit Bob Ross-y. 'Lets make a mountain here, after all it is your world!'. Still have to fix the lady, any tips on what else is off? Anyone?

No references used, seen enough tulips to feel confident enough to do them without a visual aid.
