I had an idea in mind of what image to do. This image reminded me of a scene in the LOTR: Two Towers movie where Frodo, Sam, and Gollum took a shortcut to a swamp (looked like a swamp) but was once a war-place. That's all I could remember. When Frodo was staring down at this dead person under the water, I thought about the dead person's hand sticking out to grab Frodo instead of Frodo falling in. I decided to make it gloomy and a little creepy because that's how the scene seemed to be. I added in a small portion of leaves of a tree (top right corner) because I couldn't think of what else to add. Hope you like it.

I like it, Cordelia. It has a nice eerie, 'swampy' feeling and the colors are very pleasing to the eye.

hey good for pointing that out davinci. And emma, you're right. It is a bone but it's underwater though. I should have made the reflection of it on the water a little darker. It's kind of hard to tell what it is since the picture is pretty small. And thanks for the comments. =)

Puppy Dream

This is depicting a puppy's dream. I thought of putting in grass to show that the dream is in the meadows. The sky is pretty wild in colors but dreams are usually like that. For me that is. lol

I read once that puppies dream about stuff that has already happened to them. Makes me wonder why my dog always twitches whe she sleeps.

I'm not sure why I did this. I first drew the background and thought about a river and all that. Then I had an idea of adding a bright round-ish object or something really bright in the center. The face of a girl didn't come into mind until I finished doing the background. blah. Then there's a rose. I really don't know why I put that in there. I know the picture doesn't make sense, a rose, a face of a girl and another girl (from a distance, fading away), a little note saying 'Your heart is mine' and some bright and dark areas... I don't know. Just my obscure thought process. lol

Oh thanks! lol I don't know if I really have a style. I mean, I try to make my pictures a little more different from other peoples. I usually draw things out of my memory, and my thought process is a bit weird. lol but that's cool. Thanks. I'll try and do some more. =)

I like this, Yair. It has an ethereal and mystical feeling. It's very interesting and I like the progressively lighter hillsides as you look further into the distance.

It's a very nice picture... I like the shading and the blends of color. Something about it makes it look sloppy. I think it is because some places have those pixely black lines around it, and other places do not. You might want to erase them or something, so it will look neater.
