Actually, she's just inside one of the warships. I took a quick look at a picture of one of the warships, and the walls are (almost) just like that, same with the lamp thing.

By the way, this probably doesn't need the 18+ rating, in my opinion. Boobies in the context of anatomy practice are probably 13+.
