safety save. Float window doesn't want to work right and having trouble with pen :/ May come back to this later but calling it done for now. At least i have the tail feathers on it. O.O I think Mozilla is part of the problem. I used to like google but you can't use Java on that and Mozilla has been buggy for me lately.

I have a 12x48 stretched canvas, pure white, and I'm trying to decide what to paint on it. I set out on this piece with total abstract in mind on the horizontal. But instead, I ended up drawing this...oh well, good practice using the app anyway! Back to the drawing boards.....

How'd I miss this? I've been sitting here looking at it now for about half an hour. I wish it was bigger. I've gone through about four stages of thinking I understood the image...keep changing my mind. The death mask of the dying heart is terrifying. Powerful image and so beautifully rendered. That ribcage and foreshortened elbow are so lovely. I'm getting the same sense of horror from this that I felt during some of Jack Nicholson's mad scenes in The Shining.

Thanks :D Sorry I took a bit of a break have been having health issues and doing a lot of crochet. Decided to pop back in and work on it some more. I hope you all had a happy thanksgiving too! and have a great christmas and new years! It's giving me a little issue about the floating window which I really like to use so I'll see if it lets me work on the actual bird and all a lil more in a bit.

Well in that case, one thing I always try to remember is if you get captured by the enemy try not to let them stick something up your butt.
