So YES I got my new tablet (again) and this one seems to be working although I'll have to figure out the pen pressure. You can see, especially in my signature, that the pressure changes on it's own. course I just now downloaded the driver and came straight here...lol

I"m trying the XP-PEN 'Fun' version. It's twice as big as what I'm used to so I look forward to having my desk back (it's in storage) Right now I'm set up on a piano..lol It works! |

Elly, sorry how life tends to rip our core at times. I did see your earlier post about two losses.Sorry to hear, that has to be rough. I saw your gallery and you have FABULOUS draws and you continue with more great art. At times, I do forget how to achieve a look with certain tools after I've been absent drawing. Basically, this is a Winter hobby for me, because Winter sucks! I think you'll have fun drawing again with your new tools. ツ

Just messin' round.....new tablet came but of course it doesn't work on my version of Mac. SO I ordered a different one....

she's elegant..aint that always the way with hardware.. ya see it.. order it..get excited when it comes.. and then it doesn't work with your software...

I think you have a good start. ツI find that to be one of my biggest problems when drawing. If I feel I spent too much time and it's not to my eye good enough I sometimes post prematurely. I should listen to my inner self and look at it with fresh eyes the next day. Sometimes another pair of eyes point out obvious details I miss. (Family member) I do appreciate the process of learning and I'm still cringing at the portrait I drew the other day. YIKES

It really is hard drawing when there’s less details..I’ve been trying for years to capture the smirr and mist here in Scotland on those grey days but it’s difficult ..wonderful drawing! The eyes are brilliant!
