the iris is looking nice, i think you should put more effort into the rest of the eye and surrounding skin, add some shading and define area's before calling this done.

@ cyanidelolli:i know i saw the skin after i was done and im fizing it up BUT my computer crapped out on me edit

you need to put effort into your pictures and at the minimum of 30mins.
