Yes, the timer is, as 'they' say, 'Correct'. EEEK.
Please critique; I know I'm over the limit, but it will help me later on next time I draw.
Does anyone recongnize the painting? Eh? No? Drat.

P.S. Also practicing line-art, how am I doing?

-A girl of rogue-like appearance catches your eye, she is obviously a thief of some sort.
Although from the look of her she isn't very skillful, you still feel it would be best to be careful and avoid her.-

The road and stuff is done well, its just the perspective, i think, is a bit wrong. I really love how you did her hair and the shading on her shirt, very keen.

The road is on a hill actually, but perhaps I made it a bit too steep, ah well... Better next time :) And thanks for the tip about the thumb, I probably wouldn't have noticed that on my own... obvously. Thank you ^_^

Perspective, not my strong point, but I guess it's something I'll have to work more on, Thanks Sixelab

I'm uber proud of this piece, it took me awhile, and its my first successful attempt at the shi painter. The more I use it the more I like it...I discovered the floating feature today, made it about a thousand times easier. The background is the first time I've used textures, as well. Red is my favorite color, so I think it highlighted well. thanks!

looks nice except for that god-awful background. I don't get why people think the texture tools are so great... some problems with the anatomy (arms/torso?), but I'm not an expert at that so I won't say anymore.

Perhaps that's a better background, lol. The anatomy looks fine to me, but I also used a model to draw it from, the place of the eyes on teh face is different, but I also gave her different hair than the model. Either way I still like it lol. I'm usually pretty good at drawing human (female) anatomy, but this is a position I've never drawn before. Plus, I've been staring at it for awhile, tomorrow I might look at it and go OMG that arm is SO in the wrong place. Thanks for the tips!

that eraser/smooth tool is tasty.

i'd like to thank cello for making the beginner board canvas bigger. that way i can make large pictures without ever having to conquer my fear of intermediate. :D
