I was looking around for a forum thread about t-shirt designs and couldn't find one with that specific purpose for everyone, so I'm making one here. He was asassinated on 2/21/1965. I will give you my view on why in the most general terms. He had the ability to make people listen. Who was listening you ask? Largely the black community. Whats the problem with that you ask? Black leaders at the time felt that they may lose their following to him, lose their position and power if people started looking at him instead. No no no , can't have that, kill him. But killers, you say, what if he would have done great things for the black community? Well that would be nice I guess but not at the expense of my popularity and power within the black community. You see, in order for me to have the money and power that I do have in my community, it is necessary for my community to feel that they need me for protection, guidance and answers, if I let them think for themselves, let them grow and learn, they will no longer need me for answers and where would that leave me? No thanks, leave them in the dark, let them suffer, it makes me rich. Malcolm X was beginning to mess that up for us black leaders so we killed him, and of course, we got away with it because whitey didn't mind at all.

Ah the Black Widow, one of the true beauties of the spider kingdom (Aside from the Yellow, Black and White orb webs I have here) yet one of the most deadly. I am a true fan of spiders, mainly because they are very interesting. Just never bring a Brown Recluse or Wolf Spider near me *shudders* I will freak out then >_<Wonderful work :D keep up the great work *claps*

What an amazing beautiful creature. She is absolutely stunning. Lovely job and this is a view of her underside even which is perfect. The limb structure is very real. I have quite a few about and in the house so I get a chance to admire them often and must say this is very real.

Just came to your gallery to find this piece. She's absolutely beautiful, I really have no trouble with spiders. If ones in the tub I make sure and scoop it out and place it safely back on the ground. (I know I know I'm nuts) And one time I spent hours watching a spider make it's way across one side of my fence to the other on this long spider line. It was mezmerising to watch. If I could I'd have a Turantula as a pet. (but my cats would eat it.) I am so in love with that hourglass. They are the beauties of the spider world. (though not the most dangerous.) One of my favorite of yours Poppa.Oh, forgot to mention those are amazing webs. |

I really like this. It feels like it has good depth to it, although the completely black background seems too strong. Some more small-scale details and more use of the composition framing would really add to it, also. |

awwwwww...not all old people, just the one i drew! she's evil, and likes to beat people up. She locked herself in the toilet once and couldn't get out. I was considering not helping her because she was pestering us. oh well!!! and she smells!!!!
