I am a true middle-aged geezer. I have probably been alive longer than some of you put together.
I work in the Multimedia field in higher education, teach multimedia classes occasionally and take courses to keep my skills up-to-date. For Fall 2004, I am retaking the first semester of beginning Japanese and I am taking a World Lit course on Anime.
I have a BA in Visual Arts, Studio & Design track with a concentration in video. I like doing all types of arts and crafts, currently leaning toward drawing and CG art.
My anime addiction began with dbz and after a year of just that I have moved on to other anime/manga like Ai no Kusabi, DNAngel, Fake, Gravitation, Gundam Wing, Inuyasha, Saiyuki, Yami no Matsuei and Yu Yu Hakusho.
Current obsession: Gravitation
I used to design and sew historical clothing and I can still speak in a British accent, but do not ask me to do Scottish because I suck at it except for a few words.

Reminds me of a mask with real hair attached. Has a porcelain look to the face. Nice job.

I like the textures and the use of light and dark. Very three-dimensional. Looks like oil paint.

Looks a lot like real paint. I like the veined texture in the dark 'triangle' section especially.
