Thanks for the comments guys. I just needed to release some tension...just found out that my husbands grandmother and cousin are dying of cancer...it's only been 5 months since my grandfather lost his battle. It just wont leave us alone right now. It really sucks :(

That's exactly the reason I thought. At least according to the site rules. Well more that if they want to they can use your images for things and not have to pay you for them. Maybe I read that wrong. I'll have to look over the site rules again. |

Hi Klox, I love how the brush strokes in this, how do you get such a wide variety of brush strokes? I'm missing something with the tools. This looks like a sculpture. I really love the strong dimensions implied in this. Jillj

Thanks guys. :)Jill: To get the variety of brush strokes, I just layer my strokes at different opacities and sizes. Almost all the work I've done on 2Draw for the last 3-4 months has been done with the square brush, that seems to be the key player in making my bush strokes look more deliberate. Thanks for the kind words.

Thanks Klox, this was all about the strange color the sky can get when night is clear in the sunset. Hey Dave I kinda like the bird thing, I wanted the effect I got but really felt adding them took away from the overall pic. Thanks magicwoman! I appreciate as you do any and all feedback! JilljI added two more layers of color to the pic to get the color I really wanted at the darkest points. Jillj

The face is a bit strange but I LOVE your coloring style. There's this book I have on Nursery Rhymes I've had since I was a kid with the most amazing illustrations, your style reminds me of that. Lovely Michelle.
