strange reflections

I was trying to draw just an imagined face - struggling- suddenly decided to use the "fill" option on the background and ended up with slightly psychadelic effects, so added reflections of the colours into the hair- overall not sure if it works- but i liked the colours so have submitted it! LOL

I like it too.. kinda looks like she has on a plastic scarf or a glass helmet.. anyway it's neat. And I like the face a lot.

I like this too. The green on her chin and lip disturbs me a bit, but only because it looks like she needs a tissue. This looks like it was done with colored pencils too, nice.

I love looking at Tornados! TWISTER was one of my favorite movies. Nature is awesome, as long as your not directly in its path. :)

this is great thug, funny skull .awesome shadow under the frog, hey i think if you adjusted the opacity and highlighted the top of his head all the way down his back , it would give it that wet look to it. another awesome job!

you are both right... my reason for this drawing was not so much the skull but I was trtying to make the skull round and have almost ( and i mean almost) a 3D look to it .thats why it's on the beginners board and i apologized for it . and it was better before I saved it. um.....what iceman drawing? Can a Mod please put this on beginner. I was hopeing to spend more time on it but it didn't happen.
Just testing what it's like to try to do a nebula. :)

From doing this one, I now know not to clutter the canvas with nebular excrement.

dont worry dude.... some of its not bad!!! all you have to do is to make some of the brush strokes more opaque at the center of things, then put lots of highlights and sh!z on that opaque stuff.. then the edges should have less opaque brushtrokes blurred to the background... Anyhoo, I like the star!
