Since the changeover, the response time for the site seems agonizingly slow. Am I the only one experiencing this?

This is a drawing site, not an uploading stolen picture site. These are wonderful pictures but I don't think it is quite fair to upload someone else's work and calling it your own. Isn't there a way to stop people from uploading others work?

I don't know who did this but it was a wonderful IDEA....I never look at my computer in the morning, but this morning I did....for some reason. Did not take me too long to get the gist....great idea, I loved it!!

Alright Cello, why am I suddenly getting a different looking 2draw page? It's brown/tan with a wierd configuration and well...... what's going on?

I had that trouble the first couple of times I drew here. I think it has to do with the toggles that I don't understand yet. Like on the far bottom left and the far bottom right. I have learned just to stay away from them. One has Normal by it and another one has blend or something. If you are on the wrong layer it seems like you cannot drarw either but you are just drawing on the wrong layer. Read the wiki and it might help.

Thanks Laura - I have been struggling through the Wiki but I need to go through it line by line with a drawing open so I can practice as I go along - if you see what I mean . . . |

This is my first drawing here. I do not understand the tools yet. The texture in the background appeared, I do not know how and I could not figure out how to get the untextured paint brush back so I gave up on the drawing. Anyone's help would be appreciated.

The sliders that control texture are on the left side of the drawing board under the layers control The top slider is the half tone one and the bottom one makes like dots.. anyway.... take a look at this http://2draw.net/wiki/Lascaux_Sketch might help. Not a bad first drawing. welcomeJust cleaning up my unfinished draws.

Wonderful landscape...Gel_O! I spent 16 years on that side of town, lived so close to the mountain. There is a huge civil war history there! I remember when there were horses all around that area and little by little the land was sold and devloped. I loved it on that side of town, many amazing memories and many beautiful things to see. How about Red top Mountain?
