yay another neopet user! but i like how you did the backround and the shading is ok. I'm kinda confused on where the light is comming from. but i like the lineart and the eye is pretty cool. great job. :)

i really like your line art. though the shading is a bit off. The colour of the shading doesn't match well. Though i like how u did the hair. It reaminds me of sonic a little. And the outfit design is great too.

The population of Earth is trying to get away from the pollution on land. So they build their cities in these domes, supported on pillars. Maybe I'll figure out the physics of it...but not tonight.
