One of my favorite big cats is the black panther.....so I saw this ref pic, and I thought I'd give it a try. Well.....I'm posting this as finished for now.......there's still some stuff that I want to work on.....but I think I fixed up the "out of focus" look to his face and eye area, and I added some whiskers...."lol". I'm still not satisfied with his tongue.....I'll deal with that later. I thank you guys for your comments and cc's......I hope he looks a little better. I really luv black panthers......:)

How do you have the patience to do all of this intricate detailed work.....looking great!!! :) I have a challenging one that you might be interested in drawing.....how about doing an "aurora borealis" pic.....I bet you could do an awesome one. .....:) |
