Heh, they are not shoulder pads as they can look like em, but they are (hmmh what is that word again)... well dunno. still they are some kind of an "flag" thingys :P

Okay. The only good thing I can find in this mess is the face. It's the only thing that isn't horribly misshaped. Spend some more time in colouring and trying to come up with anatomy.

Its not bad...but..looking at the figure.. but..the head looks as if it is too small and on backwards.. at first I thought you had the figure facing right ..but then I saw the hand so he is facing left..maybe some indication of a face inside the dark hood and a bit of curve on the back of the hood where it meets the shoulders to make it look like the back of the neck..and some more details in the bg.. I like it though

The Dragon king. Damn that beginner board, it runned out of space again...Muahaha, fear him! Those thing on his back are metal wing but inside them is 2 big swords that he can launch in the air and grab them when they land ;D.
