Yeah. You're probably gonna say that's one of the worst fan art you've ever seen. That's no prob, really. I just have a hard time using those tools. Here's a problem... why don't them black lines erase themselves when I use Blur?! Grrr...

not bad!!! not bad at all!! ear needs to be modified, but i could tell immediately who that was without reading the title or other stuff... or not... thats a girl? sorry... heeh... i get a tad bit overexcited here..... that isnt a gir though... eyes are too small and the eyebrows too thick... the face should be thinner and the nose farther down and smaller... the head should be rounder etc etc ....the background isnt nice....

Actually I find the shading rather interesting. But if you want a tip on more 'comic/cartoon' style cel shading, try setting the mask tool to your outline color (the button that says "Normal" can be changed to "Mask", "ReMask", etc.), then you can safely draw without destroying your lines. Then just pick single darker colors with the regular brush (not water color), and draw!
