You must have really good vision or really good glasses. So intricate. I always want to get out my magnifying glass. It looks as though it is manifesting into a solid state from...well, you know, Beam me up, Scottie kinda thing.

I'm wondering why the lady pictured in the 'foreground' looks like she is powdering her nose, while this terrible tragedy is taking place......other than that ...this is an awesome painting!!

Time is way off, ended up making breakfast and leaving it up. I'm painting this one for a friend who requested it. setting it to finished for now, but might dabble with it later.

What a fine botanical illustration. It's all beautiful but I especially like the way you did the leaves, gives it a nice depth. I was at two of my client's homes this week and they both have big, gorgeous framed lily art--one is a photo and one is a watercolour, both with black background.

Wow. This is gorgeous. All the features are so well done and the painterllness of the strokes is so pretty. I think the texture/lines at the top sort of detract from the effect of the looking-upward perspective. Beautiful colours in your shadows.
