It's that unmistakeable style of Donna. This one is making me think of Klimt with those colored confetti areas. Billowy silk. Buried treasure in the bottom corner.

Thank you, Lori. Yeah, unfortunately I was very tired when I titled this, and that was the only name that came to mind, though the drawing in no way references the movie. Note to self ... don't title drawings at 4:45 a.m. XD

Whoever posted that video really needs to ditch the 'Our Gang' theme music in the intro, it's so out of place (and not in good way).
