Very good Snapes. Yup. I guessed that Snapes was that way, (in # 2) so it was not a surprise. His personality was gruff,and angry,but often,that does not mean a person is not loyal and on the right side. Great picture.

Safety save I have a toddler using me as a jungle gym and don't wanna lose this drawing LOL I am using a magazine pic for loose reference. Changed it up some :) Figured I could use portrait practice :P

really good, and nice glasses,and eyes,and that's hard to do, often. Yeah, you can do portraits. As for the extra fingers, I do that myself,and it's easy to get carried away, and wish we all had extra fingers and hands, ha ha.

You can really paint; wonderful technique,and ability to capture her, and yet make her so beautiful,and rich colors. I like it. Owww, we have these people who are so good, I hate them, ha ha. Just kidding. :)

your brushstrokes with the digital brush are very "digital" looking... I often find myself thinking, when I look at your paintings, that if they were actual paint strokes that your paintings would really be quite brilliant. Something about the roundness of the brushstrokes seems like a waste... like the viewer is cheated out of seeing the 'hand' in the work. This could almost be like a debate about digital vs. real painting. I strive when, I paint here, to constantly make those round, digital strokes not look so like they are done with a computer, as if I'm trying to pass my paintings on here as canvas paintings. You dont bother with that and just let yourself be free... hmmm.

This is digital, we don't need to pretend it's not. It's free and forgiving and the only thing you need to live up to is in your head.

..and I believe that if you sat down with a canvas it would come out just as beautiful. Different, because it's real paint, but just as beautiful.
