Some shapes practice. I'll add more difficult shapes later when I have time. I like using plain colors for abstract 3D shapes. Nothing particularly stands out and draws your attention too muchI feel something bigger coming on soon. Not now though.
More blocks. Perhaps an arch next.
Touch up. Don't really have anything to add.

I play the trumpet (booyah), but the flute sounds so cool. Nice job, not only is it very accurate and all, but it just plain looks cool. :) |

Can you tell how many blocks there are? Are you sure?
kristine (Oct 23, 2005)
27 should be right, considering you cant see the back.
SneakyWalter (edited Oct 25, 2005)
I miscounted badly there...But HideYourFace is right. There could even be another row completely hidden by the back row.

Einstein in a classroom, competing in a "fight" in which he pits his mathematitical skill against that of another.Unfinished. I removed the bit of what the comic was. Deal with it. I believe this to be original. I know Larson drew Einstein comics, I hope I didn't ally copy.

Arg. I need to know how to switch the order of the layers.

%65.6?
Zinc (Sep 26, 2005)
my guess is 1.1%. =0P.p.s.- it's a serious guess.
Zack (Sep 26, 2005)
it's impossible to tell from the data given. you'd have to know the area of B to know, because the final expression is 55 / (800*B) since A = 4B. check the units. suppose the areas were in square meters. for the percentage you end up dividing that first part by the second part. but the first part is in meters squared, and the second part is in meters squared squared, or meters to the fourth power. when you divide them out, you end up with units of "1 per square meter" which doesn't make sense as a ratio, which means not all the variables will cancel out.
SneakyWalter (Sep 26, 2005)
Yeah, zack's answer is probably right. Leave it up to him to figure that out.Okay, how about now? Try giving The Area Of, say, B, 10". Now can you? |

Finaly got around to the last piece of my flute.Flute players, you'll notice the extra tone hole on the end there, not all flutes have that. I've seen about two or three other flutes in band that have that. It allows you to play the low B natural. Normal flutes can reach only the low C. I've never used it In marching band, however. Our football team beat our major rival this past friday 28 to 21. They beat us last year 28 to 0. We all had a good time friday. Practice with layers. Forgot to bring my flute home.
JK-Arts (Sep 20, 2005)
one time at band camp.....starting different shades of gray now. Each of my flute pieces are done in different styles.
Having trouble with the tone buttons, I'll look at my flute later. Fun with sharpening tool. Not as good as I would like it. Maybe eventually someday perhaps I'll draw the whole flute put together. With case and cleaning rod.
