I don't exactly know what sign this is... But I'm almost 99.9% positive it's Capricorn. ^^ 'm new to this site/oekaki board, so hello. I oekaki elsewhere, so I'm not new to the programs and such.

nothing wrong with Capricorn. I'm Capricorn. Capricorn DOES have a fish tail though, which is weird but true.
