Crayon Drawing

I didn't really have anything in mind, I just wanted it to look like crayons like a kid's drawing. It would be scary creepy though if a kid drew this.

I'm guessing you maybe used diffusion to get this look? Must try that myself.
Reminds me of a kids cartoon, I can't think which one.
