Ha! I like it.You should try some angled shots of people too, as opposed to just from the side. As far as drawing for a sidescrolling game is concerned, I think drawing EVERYTHING from every possible angle is still the most important thing to practice for beginners. You know, just learning how to "draw" things. Studying cartoon animation a little bit helped me a LOT, too. I wish someone would make a good how-to site about drawing 2d sprites. I haven't found one yet. |
