I think it's good, but if you want to learn a better technique you can google 'free anime tutorials' that would make a big improvement.

Yes, memories abound. I can just hear the click click click as I look at this. And the faster you went the further closer together all of the ticks would be together. In my imagination, I would think I was actually driving a motorized vehicle. LOL. Very nicely done. Impressive how round you got the wheel.
