FOOD FIGHT!!! :P

I guess the reason that I'm not a vegetarian is because I was raised eating meat. I have acquired a taste for meat,,,,and after being this way all of my life...it's hard to just stop eating meat, and learn a whole new way of eating. When you go shopping in a grocery store,,,,you don't see any live animals....you just see slabs of meat, or ground beef, or pieces of chicken. So you don't really think about it....you just buy the packaged meat or produce, and go home and cook it up and eat it. That's why it's so hard to become a vegetarian. But I hope that sonmeday I'll be able to do that. My brother did it.....he's a vegetarian.....and he doesn't miss eating meat at all. Soooo...if he can do it......so can I!! "LOL"!! :)
safescene (Apr 4, 2009)
I really love the direction your art's been taking. Great piece; Picasso-esque, but still very Klox.
backmagicwoman (Apr 4, 2009)
I have no opinion on vegetarianism..eat what you want...
Klox: one of two things happens to me when i see something new from you, be it abstract or realism, bloody gory or even stylish...
1. It inspires me to try and be better...or
2. It makes me feel like I can never be so good so I might as well just stop now while I'm ahead..
more often than not though it's the first one..anyway this one is no exception...you are so versatile..anyway..keep up the good work and keep em' comin..I love to see what comes next...

Awesome. It's hard to tell if he's screaming so much his head is exploding out of his ear or if someone shot him. Either way it's very cool/sad.

This is a stylized and 'inspired by' version of a tiki mask I have sitting over my work area at my PC. It's a hand carved wooden crazy mask thing, and I scored it in some corner of a 'world's largest garage sale' fundraising event, it was actually sitting behind a few items by a wall, almost out of sight, and we happened to look up and there he was. As soon as I saw it (it literally looked like it was facing me as I did), I felt I needed to rescue it, so he's been my creative tiki demon ever since! Not sure what it's story is, and I've never seen one quite like it... perhaps it's a one of a kind deal, maybe?

Anyways... so here's my first 2Draw image!

Flubbles: Hey, that's still a pretty nice buttplug! And I find the background rendering pretty impressive, mind you!

davincipoppalaq: Thanks, man! Oh, those sound neat. Got any pictures?

Roytje: Glad to hear it, hopefully I can figure out some more of the oekaki tricks!

Pantera: Have you ever seen one like this lil dude tho? I'm very curious! Cool, do you collect the large ones then? Hey thanks, I appreciate the feedback.

bette_davis_eyes: Thank you, :) Fun to be in here!

you have in my opinion, the best gallery and your work is just both facinating and simply amazing klox!
Roytje (Jan 27, 2009)
You always have the best style. This is a little bit different, but I like it even more. Those small brush strokes are great. Are those exploded heads your idea or did you get inspired by someone?
Kloxboy (Jan 27, 2009)
Thanks man. "Are those exploded heads your idea or did you get inspired by someone?" I don't remember what or who exactly inspired the unfinished heads and limbs but I've been doing it for years. It probably started when I started looking at anatomy books, they always have unfinished figures in them, I always liked that quality. Unfinished figure paintings have been done throughout the ages, it's hardly new but I'm trying to put my own stink on it.
