Gir is the best, but I'm not quite sure this is intermediate quality (no offense or anything). Maybe if you filled up the background more or somethin'.
Juni_gatsu (Jul 13, 2005)
So cute! I actually think that the simplicity of the bg works better for the picture ^.^
Gir is awesome, especially when he sings the "Doom" song >.>
HunterKiller_ (Jul 13, 2005)
Looks like you're improving, Tiffany.
DieChan (Jul 18, 2005)
I heart Gir.

Great job!

Very nice drawing! I like the girl and her hairless head! Xod thinks that she looks very sexy this way! <:)

If this were a painting and I had money I would buy it.
patienceisoverrated (Mar 12, 2006)
This is beautiful. I love the expressions on both the woman and the little blue man. Makes me think he's singing her silly ballad he wrote. It made me smile.

this is great. I really like the details on the dragon and the reflections on the water.
davincipoppalag (Jul 13, 2005)
Really good one..I particularly like where the dragon's body enters the water .This is a good one.

This is good, I can see you put more effort into it. I like the way you made the people smaller in the distance, they make a very good background.
Punky (Jul 13, 2005)
You're improving, it's good to see you put time and effort into this. I like how you put alot of little people and whatnot into the background, but not so much that its cluttered. :D
Kabomb (Jul 13, 2005)
good work. you just might want to cut down on the shapes a bit, as you can see the lines on the ball are a bit out of sync. If this had been free drawn it might have looked better.

very cool. Make me feel like standing in the warm sunshine, except that its 11:41 at night......hey this is your second picture with the person floating about a foot off the ground, cool!
Cordelia_Pink (Jul 13, 2005)
Oh, I actually kinda like this! I like this angle, the way the ground is curved like that. It makes me think that the world is my orange. I've always wanted to float!
davincipoppalag (Jul 13, 2005)
It makes me feel hot,,,it gives the impression of standing in a field in the full midday sun..and its hot!
Ty854 (Jul 13, 2005)
Wow the colors look awesome together. The sky and clouds are perfect.

Talk is cheap. I always enjoy seeing your work around here, Crimson. Bravo!
davincipoppalag (Jul 13, 2005)
It's obvious what this is. They are twins who happened to be sitting under a cosmic laundromat, just when the soap bubbles overflowed. This is very imaginative Joe..I love your stuff
Renuar (edited Aug 5, 2005)
I like this, so here's my theory. The white pyramid coming from the bubble is 'comfort foam', which in turn helps to create a 'comfortable silence'. eh!?
well, it made sense to me. good work.

Tis not too bad, I see you've improved a bit since your first picture, though I'm sure you could still do better. Like, clean up the lines a lil bit (its easier if you make a sketch in a light color on layer zero, then zoom in and go over it slowly in the color you want the lineart to be on a higher layer, like layer one or two.) and make your shading a lil less messy.
If you add a lil more detail and spend a lil more time on your pictures, they would probably be a lil bit better then they are now. :D
Kabomb (Jul 13, 2005)
good point punky. also, you can see the white halo around the sun (aka fill noise)- now I don't know if this was intentional or not but if you got rif of it perhaps it would look better.

If you find a letter that your username ends with, then you win!

Also, if you could visit my forum topic about this photography/poetry contest I'm having, that would mean a lot to me. (But you don't have to)

This sorta reminds me of TheCrimsonKing's art, which is definetly a good thing. Good job.

Saw there was one for every day
With the good ones on my shoulders
I drove the other ones away

Zack in his Blue Period...
Zack (Jul 13, 2005)
I can definitely see how it could be interpreted as an expression of sadness. I don't think I did enough to convey my intention, which was for it to be contemplative rather than sad. I personally find rain on a window to be very peaceful and I picked blue to reflect that: the calmness inside opposed to the storming outside. In retrospect, a different pose for the guy probably would have helped it seem more thoughtful. Hope that helps with your black fuzzies miedel. ;) Thanks everyone!
nekodesu (Jul 13, 2005)
I like the blueness in it. Nice drawing :D
Ty854 (Jul 14, 2005)
Wow, I love the way rain looks on a window too. I also love the shadow it creates.

I love this. :) Good color choices, they're really vibrant, plus I love orange. Nice work.
cold_graffiti (edited Jul 12, 2005)
yeah i thought the orange would set it off and the deep pink would make it fresh!
Fin_beast (edited Jul 13, 2005)
Wow. This is really cool. Well done.
