Anyways, I like the eyes and how the kind of glow, and how the eyebrows look. :)
You might not have wanted to have the hair so blurred though.

less than half the stuff on it belongs there anyway these days. but surely you realize 2draw is rampant with corruption, bribes, and power abuse. that's how benevolent dictatorships work. ;)
