Texas longhorn cattle at sunset. We usually don't eat these...we butcher the black angus instead... they taste better, anyway. I think we keep them at our ranch mainly because my mother thinks they look pretty in the pasture and my nieces like to feed them range cubes.

My first drawing here on 2draw.net, and I actually suprised myself with how well it came out! I want to touch it up a little more before I call quits on this since I'm on a roll so far... My wife is on the other side of the planet right now, but this makes me feel like she is right around the corner. I wish I could hug her right now, and tell her how proud I am of her and what she has accomplished. Who knows, maybe in a few months we will be together again and I can tell her in person. And then I would tell her that we might get to stay at our current home for another year... And might not have to move until May 05. It is out of my hands though, at echelons far beyond my oxygen level. But I digress, this is a lovely painting! Keep up the great work!

Thank you all very much, I tried making the girl with smooth lines but it did not work, I wish I knew how some of you do it to where it looks so nice.Tim, I know some people are able to have a bigger canvas in Lascaux, but I can not, I guess they ask for more space or something, the last time I asked for more space I got it but lost points for asking, so I think I will stick with 300x300 or less :) |
