Ooh, teabag. I found those to be gaudy after awhile, but I like them now. They certainly capture lots of light and colors. Great again PS.

His legs do look a bit stunted, but the shading and detailing makes you not really see it unless it was pointed out to you. His hands are nicely done (you got the digit wrinkles in there) and he looks like he's been shot by his well rendered expression. You get better and better, and your really good at doing scratchy pen work.Oh, and to answer your question Oekaki Shi has different types of medium tools (pencil, watercolor, airbrush and pen) Lascaux has really only two, but they can be used the same way.

Woo Hoo. Love that arch of color above them, almost looks like an iris.When I see this it reminds me of that band in Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy whose music is so loud it has to be heard on the other side of the Universe or else you'd die or go mad being too close to that level of noise. That's in the chapter The Resturant at the End of the Universe I think. Someone can correct me. Anyway, that's what I think of when I see this. X) |

Now it's smooth and exuberant, and still happy! Not "another sunny day" today, It rained a little bit, but I'm just thankful it wasn't a lot. Somebody needs to close the sky and pull the plug on the lake here... * glub, glub* :)I love this painting.

Ah... I was hoping to see this finished! Both your revisions already captured the emotion so well. I love how you left the shading grainy, like an old photograph. It looks great! There are a couple of spots that seem rougher than the rest around the bottom and edges of her nose. Other than that, it's a very lovely picture. Kudos. =) |
