Actually, the neck is fine. Too many anime drawings have ridiculously skinny necks. -___- The proportions on her face are off, though. Eyes should be about halfway down the face, the nose is halfway between the eyes and the chin, and the mouth is about halfway between the nose and the chin.

one of my "friends" wanted (a long time ago) me to give him pr0n stuff, because his parents checked the websites that he visited on the internet.so sometimes he came to my house or phoned me just to ask me for that... omg... i hate him for that... - cool and funny picture..love the facial expressions :)
