Just messing around. Had trouble deciding whether to keep lineart, but I thought it looked better this way.

I'm calling this done for now, bit tired and I'm not sure what to do with that extra space. Whoops. Lemme know what you think.

Well it's great. I love the sketchy look!

Thank you for the feedback. I'm glad to know the hair doesn't look scratchy or anything.

edit: Oh hey, you have a point. I'll try adding some colour in there, thank you.

this is really a nice sketch, I think it'd be pretty with some pale color added here and there
but I do like the pencilled look alone too

Lascaux devoured with relish my first attempt at this. I'm beginning to extremely distrust the other applets for things like that, so maybe I should stick with Shi.
Applet crashing aside, this was rather fun. I wanted to try drawing a thing as I imagine it, and barky here was the strongest visual that came to mind. Or rather, his teeth were the strongest visual. >E arf.

Simple but I like it. If you worked on it just a bit more I could see this as a logo. Say instead of that silly alligator on a shirt you have this instead. :D
Wraith (Nov 9, 2007)
What's wrong with having shirts with an alligator logo?
Sweetcell (Nov 9, 2007)
This would be cooler Wraith.

Twiddled with the lines a bit, used various Google images for reference to try to give the poor little guy a less wonky jaw/ribs.

I really like soft, fluffy towels. Um, yeah. So I wanted to draw one. It looks soft to me, hopefully it does to others too and not, uh, watery or low transparency or something. D= If I failed the soft thing let me know.

Right? Warm towels are especially awesome. I would maybe add some texture, to add to the fluffiness, yanno what I mean?
Myuuzie (Nov 5, 2007)
Oh yeah. Warm towels are the best, right out of the dryer and they smell all nice.

Aww, man, but I feel silly. I'd never used an applet that lets you go back and fiddle with stuff before, so I thought since I'd completed the picture I was supposed to pick "finished." Ugh. I'll know better now, I guess. Thank you for the advice, I'll just have to keep it in mind for next time since I bummed up being able to edit this one. XP

You can still go back and edit it even after picking finished.
