It's like an alien fish. I'm with Joy, I think the only way we'll know is if you do a tutorial like I did.
Tutorial Donna, I wanna do flowy, oily rainbow pictures.

Btw, I really like V3, really has an alien landscape look to it.

FIRST STEP:
HAVE FUN! CHOOSE A BRUSH YOU LIKE AND PUT AS MANY COLORS ON THE CANVAS AS YOU'D LIKE. PLAY. PLAY. PLAY. I CAN'T EMPHASIZE THIS ENOUGH. THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE FUN, SO HAVE FUN WITH IT. THE DIRECTION OF YOUR STROKES DON'T HAVE TO BE ANY 'ONE' WAY. BE CREATIVE! DOING THIS TO MUSIC YOU LIKE IS ESPECIALLY RECOMMENDED.

Oh CRAP! You did a tutorial like I asked? Donna, this is amazing and if I could I'd reach through the screen and hug you. I knew you used all the special tools I just didn't know how you did it. Something about this one begged me to comment. I really like it. I find it interesting that the color of th heart chakra is green.

this kind of looks like Yusuf Islam(formerly known as Cat Stevens)... also kinda like Osama Bin Laden :/
I like it very much, it really pops out at you with that bright green.

thank you! This effect is created using only 3 colors, one for the background, 2 for the foreground, put over each other in angles till the desired look came about. No other tools. It's fun! Use the angled soft brush and give it a try! Edge out the figure with the background and voila' it is whatever you 'cut' it out to be.

I was singin' Bonnie Koloc songs. She is a great soulful artist from the midwest neck of the woods. I was singin "Sunday Mornin' Movies" like I did for the 'voices' forum thread. love that song.
