I thought I'd give this Oekaki thing a shot since it seemed like fun, so I joined here. :P Yeah, this is my first doodle in Oekaki...agh the program is so confuuuuusing! x_X;; -falls over- I'm so used to Photoshop...Anyways, hope you all enjoy my crappy doodle of Kadaj~ ^^;;;

Cute. It´s not that bad, have a look at my first pictures! Add more colour and detail next time and make the canvas bigger. Also do a background or something, right now it´s kind of just floating around! hehe |

Wow! That's sooooo cool, she's the kinda girl you'd see the ugly cartoons fall in love with but can't say cos she's too pretty, that's a compliment. Well done! The only down is the neck bone looks a little, I don't know! A little long. And teh arm isn't fully coloured in.Well done!!!! Where did she buy that necklace? lol Melissa.......***

This rocks! it's soooo good. it's not crappy.If you look like that you are pretty. Just draw a body and make it smiley and with a more outlined face

When doing a portrait it's a good idea to block everything in 1st.Blocking in is basically just sketching the shape of the head and finding the location of the facial features. Everything can be broken down into shapes. measure the head and placement of the facial features with an eye, a nose, the mouth. make sure everything is the right size in relation to the things around it. Do this on it's on layer then draw over it on a new layer.

Technically, this may or may not be a piece of shit. But artistically, it is probably one of the most provocative pieces I've ever seen on this site. I'm off to check whether I can have my grandmothers exhumed and examined. I'm pretty sure they died of "aids curtains." (Those are the ones with the floral print, right?).
