I was thinking maybe porn sites have good models but I got kinda scared about having my family come in and thinking I was some kind of weirdo. Im trying to find a simple model without any sexual gestures. So natually, porn is out of the question. Arrrgh, I have a feeling this is gonna take me ages.

This might help, or maybe not

I used these books to better my antomy skills as well better myself as an artist:
The Human Machine by George Briggman - a good book to learn the mechanics of anatomy
Dynamic Anatomy by Burne Hogarth - great book and Hogarth is one of the best
50 Secrets of Magic Craftmanship by Salvador Dali - aside from sounding kinda insane at times, it's a great book
Gray's Anatomy - this book is best for learning terms
Anatomy for the Artist by Jeno Barcsay - this has great drawings in it and another good term book
There are a few others I own but those I listed helped me most.
Of course, don't take my word for it. <some of you are old enough to get that joke, I hope, that line is right up there with "...and knowing is half the battle"

Not bad. I like the eyes! This is pretty nice.
I think making the shading in the hair a little smoother would make it look a tad bit nicer, though.
Still a pretty good job :)

It is very cute, but it looks more like she's curling in a ball sadly, to me. I like it very much, I would like it even better if the bg shading were more smooth, but perhaps it was meant to be that way. The horns are cool. ^_^
