KiwiListerine (Dec 11, 2004)
Wow, what a cute dog!
StrawberryYamichan (Dec 12, 2004)

inatyrb (Dec 12, 2004)
not to sound like a prick, but i think that i'm gonna stop commenting on peoples work when people do not use layers! the layers are the key to successful pictures! sometimes i wish i were a mod so i could get it through some peoples head. layer it please! i beg you! |

This is just a practice pic. because trust me, I need loads of practice. A bit better than some others that I drew but still really SUCK. Do you think it's better than some of the other ones?
Kenshin (Dec 10, 2004)
Yes, this is better! I like it a lot! ^_^ The only suggestion is to smoothen out the points a bit, don't make them as pointy. only a tad, though
StrawberryYamichan (Dec 10, 2004)
ooh this is better than the other ones of yours i've seen ^_^! great job. you'll be a great artist once you have enough practice :)
KiwiListerine (Dec 11, 2004)
thankyou both. You guys are realy great. |

Horrible, but at least my shading is o.k.
HunterKiller_ (Dec 10, 2004)
Do you live in New Zealand?
ILoveKenshin (Dec 10, 2004)
These are cute, but I suggest trying layers, and don't make the foreheads so big. ^_^ I like the brown eyes, nice style. ;D
KiwiListerine (Dec 10, 2004)
nope, don't live in New Zealand. Thanks for the advice ILK, I'm new at drawing on the computor so I don't know all the techniques yet.
Kenshin (Dec 10, 2004)
that's cute! ^_^ Try moving their eyes up, or making their foreheads smaller. Also, try out solid shading, and try to use layers. |

I guess this one is ok. Can you please tell me ways to improve?
sapphirefairy47 (Aug 19, 2004)
Just a question, where is her mouth? A suggestion, try to shade on the face and clothes a little more...but it looks good
KiwiListerine (Aug 19, 2004)
Thankyou and I didn't put a mouth, sorry.
sapphirefairy47 (Aug 19, 2004)
No prob, and it is okay, I was just wondering. I mean everybody has to eat!!!
animalluver13 (Dec 9, 2004)
Where is her mouth, KiwiOh, you didn't put one, I see. She kinda looks like a Little Riding Hood with the cloak ya kno... I think it would be cool of you made a shadow, and i luv th e background!!!!! ^-^ |

Hmmm. If you're unfamiliar with these two Japanese musicians then this picture (and it's title) probably won't make much sense to you. Anyways, this is Gackt (left) and Masa (right). And vanilla icecream. "Masa wa Gackt no Vanilla"Gackt's sunglasses are the only thing that I feel resembles him. And I'm not so happy about how Masa came out. ^__^ And... the stuff on Masa is vanilla icecream. *sniggers* Oh. This is my first picture ever here. :3
KiwiListerine (Aug 19, 2004)
What the heck are you doing on the beginners board, you rock!!!
sapphirefairy47 (Aug 19, 2004)
I agree with Kiwi L. You definantly belong on the intermediate board! Japanese pics ROCK!

Finished...hurrah?
MD_Anonymous (May 22, 2004)
Well, I think the only thing wrong with the cape is that its kinda stuck to the person's body so there isn't that much form to it. Maybe if you show it sorta moving in the wind it'll help define what it is more (a cape, duh. ^^). Just some random comments. Please finish it! I think it would look even better with coloring and a background! Nice job!Darkened up the lines, and kinda shaded it in. I think I'll leave it with no colour, I kind of like it the way it is....so I guess it's done.
Thear (Jun 13, 2004)

mukumuku (Dec 27, 2004)
