Fantastic piece so far. The cave opening and the reflections on the water/ice are absolutely wonderful. Great lighting overall, really, and the atmosphere you've created is very effective. I really can't believe this was done without a ref, true skill.

I'll agree with GrooveZombie, I really love the fading of the large planet. It gives it a sense of just how big it really is, and reminds me of how quiet space must be.

First time posting here. 2draw.net has been recommended to me by several people, so I thought that I'd give it a try. Must say that I like the Lascaux applet very much.About this, I love Abe Lincoln quite a bit. He's a very difficult personage to capture and I always find myself lacking when I attempt a portrait of him. Cthulhu Fhtagn? Haha, that was my first reaction to this, actually. There are a lot of things it could be, but I sorta saw the things at the top as coral, and then some tentacled face beneath. It's rather interesting in that regard, that it's a little ambiguous.Jeeze, I use that term too much.

This is actually a really interesting concept. Despite the noise the cars make, I can't really imagine noise in this moment. Like the viewer is sort of drowning out the sound of the cars passing by and kind of zoning out in their head.Maybe I'm thinking to much about it, but I do like this.
