Haha, I'm sure DMV would love it if we had to pay a fee to draw Evil Clowns. This guy looks like the woman at the place where I took my car the other day. She had frizzy hair that was dyed bright orange, green painted fingernails, and brown teeth (not cream or yellow or even tan, brown).

Very cool painting! I'm finding myself fascinated by blends, and yours here is terrific! Love the hair, and the details on the face are beautiful! Ummm....you get all the lion aminal cookies, a'cause his hair looks like a lion's.

Yeah, you can send a memo to a moderator, http://www.cellosoft.com/2draw/docs/site/mods/. Include ac opy of the picture or a link to the picture. This is really very nice. I like the way the curves of the fins make it seem as if the water is flowing over the fish.

Agreed about poppa's suggestions. Both hands need to be dulled down a bit. As it is now they're barely noticeable, but with a little shading they'll look great. That's a great reference picture. Your take on it is comin along nicely :)
