Contest Week 93: War Paint a picture of what war means to you. You may use references but they can't be from famous war photos (that's another artist's vision, not yours). When using references, make your own composition, your own painting, -own- the imagery. You're great! How do you get those smooth coloring like in his hair? Make a block color, select it and use gradient? Or is it just sheer good coordination and determination?

its done with ~ a '5' density large airbrush tool; you color pick the gradated colors accordingly when they come out to fill in the sides that aren't getting touched
