Its a close up of her, I think it is pretty cool! I like the shine in her hair, and the wind, plus the hair coloring,am I getting better on my coloring? I just need an opinion! type what you think, or somthing nice ...or..mean....wah...

I work in the news... this drawing I did as a scathing self indictment of my work. I love my job in the news... but sometimes we forget about the "ghosts behind the headlines." When I first started drawing this picture I wanted to have a lightbulb on the page instead of the ghost face. But after a few tough days at the office... the subject turned darker. When I was writing the headlines for the picture I tried not to think about specific stories that I have seen. A lot of the terrorist stuff could be in any news paper in the county at any time. I made sure to type an entertainment headline in there,"Pop Stars to Marry." I hate entertainment stories because they place importance on shallow pretense. One headline I did write from a specific incedent... it was a story that affected my soul. "Father kills family and then turns gun on himself." It's a true story that happened in my State a few months ago... and I guess that's one of the ghosts I address. The jaded view of a battered journalist. Hiding emotion through the help of journalese. I am having a lot of trouble finishing this... I can't get the program to build new layers or turn off exhisting ones.

Aw. I don't think I could ever work in journalism....I mean, the stuff you have to report...basically everything you say in your rant is all the stuff stopping me from entering into the newspaper jobs :p |

I was bored and felt like drawing something real quick, but i don't really like how it came out.. She almost looks like a guy to me.. o.o;; =,\ And i obviously can't do backrounds o.-;; Oh well.. Just a doodle anyways.

True black is the absence of all light. In order for the human eyes to see, there must be some light, therefore you can never see true black. If it's never been seen, does it really exist? |

It varies, usually around 4. It depends on the canvas size.

Ooh, I like it ^^ However, you might want to exp...expiri...expiriment...okay, that isn't spelled right, but whatever... -cough- expiriment with not drawing pixelly black lines :) Try overlaping your color onto the lines, or something, because other than the outline I relaly like it, especially the eyes!
