this is really good! I like the bg, the storm clouds, and the lightning, they are all perfect(for now)...

but there are a few things about Tory that are bothering me...
(i used to make all these mistakes myself, so don't worry, you'll grow out of it.)
1)try to use layers. I watched the animation and when you were making the grass, it seemed to acidentilly go over Tory's foot.
2)don't use the fill tool a lot. The mods don't usually like that, and will delete your pics if they all have a bunch of fill tool going on. (trust me, I know.)
3)try shading. You don't have to use shading right away, but it's a good idea if you want to get better.

i know childlike_vampire has a pic demonstrating layers.
and I don't have the link on me, but mazi also has some great tutorials to look at.

Overall, I think this is great!

creepy...
1)I know what it's like to be new, I was once, too, just giving you some tips for you to improve...
2)I know it's confusing, that's why I usually look like @.@ this after an hour or two on 2Draw.
3)Yes, I know that you hate me now.(and that you still are mad at me for telling you-know-who)
4)I know that you only used fill once, but the mods tend to not like it...trying to save you a few points, is all.
5)I suck at computer art, too!! You may want to save up for a tablet if you suck with a mouse. And I know not everyone is good at drawing, although if you want to make it on 2Draw you should do a lot of practicing.

You do have to notice that I said over all this is a great pic.

The BG is very cool, anyways. Try to use layers. And Tory is very cute, try some shading.
