I've noticed on my own drawings that lascaux doesn't actually give the animations of what you make, just shi painter and paintbbs. It is cute too.

Lascaux doesn't support animation, I think Marcello is planing to work on that.. but, who knows...Cute picture.. I like the blush.. Hair looks unfinished, probablyneeds more shading, and some highlighting (standard 'halo' type, y'know?). Otherwise, nice ^^

I agree with the previous comment. Try to ignore that fact that the canvas stops at that point, and keep drawing as if it were bigger, even if parts of her head are cut out of the picture.Otherwise, this is a great profile of Chi ^.^ the style is very similar to that of the anime

I tried the intermediate board, but everyone there kicked my butt in skill. So... here I am!This'll get finished in a bit... I can't guarantee that "a bit" will be today, though... I have a research paper to write. x__x Leaving it at this for now... I keep wandering off anyway. I've gone away for extended periods three times this run... x__x

It's a nice setup with how you've postioned the characters, but personally I think you have a more practice to do before you will have "mastered the basic skills of drawing" as this intermediate board description says. I'll give you a few pointers that may help, a lot of people do some of the things I'm seeing you do here- it looks like you've tried to draw the hands the way hands look, since you've added lines of fingers and such, but a common mistake is to make hands disproportionately small. Hands should really be almost as long as the distance from a person's chin to their hairline when the hand is held flat, and making a fist with them wouldn't make them as small as what you've drawn. Another thing is that some of the shading is smooth but some of it is rough and I don't think the two styles are really looking like the fit together here. The same goes for the lines, some are smooth but many are very rough. Try to be consistant with one style or another, and if you purposefully make them rough then you're going to have to do it in a way that it looks like you meant it to be like that, not just because you weren't able to make it smooth. A way that would make it look purposeful was if the picture had a mood or emotion in it that needed rough lines, like anxiety or panic.

I looked back on your previous version of this picture, and you do seem to do linework well. You'll probably want to work on coloring/shading and backgrounds, though. Though Redpanda gave a lot of good advice already it seems. ^^
